The brief
Candidates tracked across spreadsheets, email threads, and individual recruiters' memory. Every placement depended on someone remembering where a candidate had reached. The information existed — just nowhere the team could act on together.
What we did
- Design
- The pipeline model first. Getting the stages right mattered more than getting the screens right.
- Backend
- Structured role and candidate data replacing free-text briefs.
- Frontend
- One shared view every recruiter works from.
Delivered by a dedicated three-person team against a fixed Phase 1 scope, rather than an open-ended build.
Phasing isn't a budget tactic. Phase 1 taught us things about their process that no amount of upfront discovery would have surfaced.
