Founder Package: 3 slots this month

Partner · Practice 03

Senior engineers. Inside your team. Yours.

Skip the six-month hiring cycle. Put a senior AI-native engineer inside your team next month — or keep the team that built your product on it after launch.

Mode 01

Technical Partnership

A senior engineer works inside your team on a monthly basis. They attend your standups, review your pull requests, ship your roadmap, and unblock your in-house developers.

  • AI-native from day one
  • In your standups, your board, your Slack
  • Ships your roadmap, not ours
  • Part-time or full-time
  • Pairs with your in-house engineers rather than working around them
  • Scales to a squad if the work grows

Typical shape: Month to month, 30 days' notice, two-month minimum.

Mode 02

Product Ownership

For products already built. We hold the system with you: new features, performance work, incident response, and the quarterly conversation about where it goes next.

  • The same engineers who know the codebase
  • On-call rotation, if you want one
  • Monthly capacity you can plan against
  • Quarterly product reviews, not just ticket-clearing
  • Roadmap input, not just execution

Typical shape: Rolling monthly retainer, sized to the work, reviewed quarterly.

Split by what you actually need: capacity now, or continuity after.

A week with your engineer

  1. Monday

Joins your standup, plans the week's tickets, first pull request open by lunch.

  2. Tuesday

Deep work on the core feature. Reviews two of your team's PRs. Drafts a design note so the decision doesn't live in someone's head.

  3. Wednesday

Mid-week sync with product. Unblocks an in-house engineer who's been stuck since Friday. Ships to staging.

  4. Thursday

QA and fixes on staging, then to production. Watches it after deploy rather than assuming.

  5. Friday

Team retro. Tech debt or an AI spike. Writes the weekly update so you're not chasing one.

Honest trade-offs

Partner works when

  • You have an in-house team that needs senior velocity
  • You're scaling faster than a six-month hire allows
  • You want a long-term relationship, not a one-off vendor
  • You need AI woven through the product, not added as one feature
  • You prefer async, written-first communication

Go with a full build instead when

  • You want one fixed-scope project and no ongoing relationship
  • You're choosing on price alone
  • You need daily in-office presence
  • You already have enough senior in-house engineers

What we commit to

A reply within the working day.

Async-first, but not absent.

Clean contracts and clean IP.

Standard NDAs. IP assigned to you. No ambiguity about who owns what.

The same faces.

No swapping your engineer out mid-engagement without your agreement. Continuity is the whole product.

Opinions, freely given.

We'll disagree with you when we think you're wrong. You're paying for judgment, not agreement.

One conversation to start.

Thirty minutes, free. We'll tell you whether this makes sense or whether you'd be better off hiring.
