These terms cover your use of themuzestudios.com (the “site”), run by Muze Studios. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

They don't cover client work. Every engagement — builds, partnerships, assessments, Blueprint, the Founder Package — is governed by its own written agreement, and that agreement wins if anything here conflicts with it.

You're welcome to read, share and link to anything on the site. Please don't:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading information through our forms;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors;
• pretend to be someone else when contacting us.

The site's text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to Muze Studios or the people who licensed them to us. The Muze Studios name and “M” mark are ours; please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

You may quote short passages with a link back to the source.

Our free resources — guides, checklists and automation templates — are yours to use and adapt in your own business, including commercially. Please don't resell or republish them as-is as your own product.

They're provided as a starting point, not professional advice for your specific situation. Test anything before relying on it in production, and check it against your own legal, security and compliance requirements.

When our security tools launch, you may only submit sites you own or are authorised to test. Deeper manual testing requires verified domain ownership and written authorisation before we start.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it's provided “as is”. Prices, availability (such as Founder Package slots) and descriptions of services can change and are confirmed in writing before any engagement.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or its free resources.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We link to sites we don't control, such as Cal.com and Swiftbooked. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
